Order Cancellation
At Elevate Women’s Fashion, we understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel your order, we’re here to help. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and straightforward for all customers.
Cancelling Before Shipment
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a cancellation at any time. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team with your order number as soon as possible:

Once we receive your cancellation request and confirm that your order has not shipped, we will process the cancellation immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with cancellation details and refund information.
Cancellations After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our Return Policy. Please visit our Returns page or contact customer support for return instructions and authorization.
Refund Processing
Once your cancellation has been approved and processed, refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution—some banks process refunds immediately, while others may take an additional 3-5 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to that card. If you used another payment method, the refund will be processed accordingly.
Subscription Cancellations
If you have an active subscription with Elevate Women’s Fashion, you can cancel at any time. To cancel your subscription, log into your account and manage your subscription settings, or contact our support team for assistance. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods; however, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may be marked as non-refundable or final sale. These items cannot be cancelled or returned. Please review the item description at checkout to confirm refund eligibility before purchasing.
